Xdrop strongly urges the approval of the FY 2009 Interior Appropriations bill which includes a $15.3 million increase for the National Endowment for the Arts. This increase would help restore the NEA’s budget, which has struggled to return to its former level of $176 million, and will result in increased grants to local and state organizations.

Additionally, the National Endowment for the Humanities was also given an increase to match the NEA at $160 million, which Xdrop supports.

    I strongly approve the FY 2009 Interiror Appropriate bill which includes an increase for the National Endowment for the Arts. Let’s bring the arts back to California! For cultural, educational, community building reasons!
